Users who are having trouble signing in at the Ducted Systems training site can often fix the issue by following the directions to set up their account through Solutions Navigator. Send the PDF along with the SR and assist them with walking through the steps if needed.

➤If they continue to have login issues, we may have to escalate to have them manually moved from the Partner domain to the DSA domain.

You will need to enter your login information in Solutions Navigator. This will create a Ducted Systems Academy account for you. Kindly follow the directions listed in the attached PDF.
